Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery before any disassembly.
- Basic reset: Remove the battery for 1–2 minutes, then reinstall and test. Sometimes the control board will reset.
- Inspect trigger movement: Check that the trigger or power button moves freely and returns by spring action. If it feels stuck, gently clean around it with a dry brush.
- Check for moisture: If the vacuum was used near liquids or in a very humid environment, allow it to dry in a warm, dry place for 24 hours (battery removed).
Advanced (for technicians): Opening the handle to access the trigger switch and PCB requires care to avoid damaging clips and seals. Replace the trigger switch or handle PCB if continuity tests fail. If you are not experienced with electronics, contact a service center.
