Possible Causes
Internal tilt sensor damaged by impact, Loose sensor connector on PCB, Firmware misinterpreting sensor data
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery.
- Power cycle: Leave the battery out for 5–10 minutes, then reinstall and test.
- Check for physical damage: Inspect the housing for cracks or signs of a drop. If the body is deformed, internal components may be misaligned.
- Operate on a flat surface: Place the vacuum on a level floor and try starting it without moving it abruptly.
If F3 remains, the internal tilt/inertial sensor on the main PCB is likely damaged. PCB replacement is a technician-level repair.
