Possible Causes

Weak battery unable to supply high current, Excessive load from clogged filters or brush, Faulty current sensor on PCB, Degraded motor windings drawing too much current

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Remove the battery.

  • Fully charge battery: Ensure the battery is fully charged before testing Max mode.
  • Reduce load: Clean filters, empty bin, and clear brush and wand blockages.
  • Test without floor head: Run the vacuum in Max mode with only the main body. If it works, the issue is load-related (brush or wand).

If F7 still appears with a fully charged battery and no accessories attached, the battery or main motor may be failing. Replace the battery first; if unresolved, seek professional service for motor/PCB diagnosis.
