Possible Causes
Completely discharged or failed battery, Faulty charger or dock, Broken power switch or trigger, Internal fuse or PCB failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Do not open the battery pack.
- Check charger: Confirm the charger LED lights when plugged in. Test the outlet with another device.
- Charge fully: Place the vacuum or battery on the charger for at least 3 hours. Look for charging indicators on the vacuum or battery.
- Try another battery (if available): If a second battery powers the unit, the original battery is faulty.
- Inspect trigger: Ensure the trigger or power button moves freely and is not physically broken.
If there is still no response with a known-good battery and charger, the internal electronics (main PCB or wiring) have likely failed and require professional service.
