Vacuum has very weak suction but no error code; motor sounds normal.

Safety: Turn off and remove the battery.

• Check for blockages: Detach all accessories and inspect the wand, joints, and floor head for small obstructions.
• Inspect seals: Examine the rubber gasket between the bin and motor housing and around the cyclone. Replace if cracked or deformed.
• Check bin latch: Ensure the dustbin door and main latch close firmly with an audible click.
• Test without wand: Run the vacuum with only the main body and bin. If suction is strong at the inlet, the issue is in the wand or head.

Replace any damaged seals or cracked plastic components to restore full suction.
