Dreame Ineffective Brush / Low Suction at Floor Head

Vacuum leaves debris behind and does not pick up well from carpets or hard floors.

Possible Causes

Worn brush bristles, Soft roller contaminated with sticky residue, Floor head height not suitable for surface, Partial blockage at floor head inlet

Safety: Turn off and remove the battery.

Clean brush or soft roller: Remove and wash (if allowed) the soft roller with mild water, then dry completely. For bristle brushes, remove hair and debris.
Inspect inlet: Check the suction opening at the floor head for blockages.
Check brush wear: If bristles are very short or uneven, replace the brushroll.
Use correct head: Use the soft roller for hard floors and the bristle brush for carpets, as recommended by Dreame.
