How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Stop using the battery if it becomes hot, swollen, or emits odor.
- Recalibrate (optional): Perform 1–2 full discharge/charge cycles as described in the manual.
- Measure runtime: Time how long the vacuum runs in Eco/Normal mode with a clean filter and no blockages.
- Replace battery: If runtime is far below the specification (e.g., less than 20–30% of rated time), replace the battery with an original Dreame pack.
Do not attempt to rebuild or open the battery pack yourself.
