Possible Causes
Filters not dried properly after washing, Organic debris (food, pet hair) trapped in brush, Dustbin not cleaned regularly, Mold growth in bin or cyclone
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and remove the battery.
- Empty and wash bin: If allowed by Dreame, wash the dustbin with mild soap and water, then dry completely.
- Clean brushroll: Remove hair and wash the soft roller or brush (if washable). Let it dry fully.
- Replace filters: Install new filters if the smell persists; old filters can retain odors.
Never operate the vacuum with wet filters or brushrolls installed.
