Vacuum vibrates excessively or feels unbalanced when the main brush is running.

Safety: Turn off and remove the battery.

• Remove brushroll: Take out the brush and clean all hair and fibers thoroughly.
• Inspect for damage: Check if the brush is straight and that bristles are evenly worn. Look for cracks or missing sections.
• Reinstall correctly: Ensure the brush is seated properly in both end bearings and the cover is fully latched.

If vibration continues, replace the brushroll with a new Dreame-compatible brush.
