Vacuum will not charge; no charging indicator lights when placed on dock or charger.

Safety: Unplug the charger before inspection.

• Test outlet: Confirm the wall outlet has power.
• Inspect charger and cable: Look for cuts, kinks, or damage. Replace if any damage is found.
• Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on the dock and vacuum/battery with a dry cloth.
• Try another charger (if available): Use a known-good Dreame charger to isolate the fault.

If the vacuum still does not charge with a known-good charger, the battery pack or internal charging circuit is likely faulty and should be replaced.
