Possible Causes
Battery not fully charged, Aged battery with reduced capacity, Using turbo mode continuously, Charger not supplying full current
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum before charging.
- Fully charge the battery: Place the vacuum on the charging dock or connect the charger directly. Allow it to charge until all battery LEDs are solid or the display shows 100%.
- Check charger: Ensure the charger is firmly plugged into both the wall and the vacuum/dock. Verify the outlet has power.
- Evaluate runtime: After a full charge, run the vacuum in normal mode and time the runtime. If it is significantly shorter than the specification, the battery is likely worn out.
- Replace battery if needed: Install a genuine Electrolux replacement battery if runtime remains very short and B1 appears frequently.
