• Verify charger model: Confirm that you are using the original Electrolux charger supplied with the vacuum or an approved replacement with the correct voltage and current rating.
• Try another outlet: Plug the charger into a different wall socket to rule out wiring issues.
• Check charger cable and plug: Inspect for cuts, kinks, or bent pins. Do not use a damaged charger.
• Test with another charger (if available): If a second compatible charger works, replace the faulty one.
• Battery replacement: If B2 persists with a known-good charger, the battery’s BMS may be damaged and the battery pack should be replaced.
