Possible Causes
Partially clogged filters, Restricted airflow in wand or nozzle, Weak battery unable to supply high current, Failing main motor drawing excess current
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before cleaning.
- Clean all filters: Remove and clean pre-motor and HEPA/post-motor filters as per the user manual. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Check for blockages: Detach the wand and nozzle. Inspect the wand tube, nozzle neck, and brushroll chamber for obstructions. Remove any debris.
- Test with fully charged battery: Charge the battery to 100%. Install it and test turbo mode with the wand and nozzle removed. If turbo works on the handheld unit alone, the restriction is in the wand/nozzle.
- Evaluate battery health: If turbo mode still triggers E8 and the runtime is short, the battery may be weak. Try a new or known-good battery.
- Motor or PCB fault: If a good battery and clean airflow path still cause E8, the motor or control PCB may be limiting current due to internal faults. Professional diagnosis is recommended.
