Possible Causes
Blocked ventilation around control board, Prolonged use in turbo mode, Dust accumulation on internal electronics, Failing temperature sensor on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch OFF the vacuum, remove the battery, and allow the unit to cool for at least 30 minutes.
- Reduce load: Ensure filters are clean and airflow is not restricted. Heavy load increases PCB temperature.
- Check external vents: Inspect the housing around the handle and motor for dust buildup blocking cooling slots. Clean with a soft brush or dry cloth.
- Use appropriate power mode: Avoid continuous use in maximum power for extended periods, especially on thick carpets. Alternate between normal and turbo modes.
- Environment: Do not use the vacuum in very hot rooms or direct sunlight for long periods.
- Service if recurring: If E9 appears frequently under normal conditions, the PCB or its temperature sensor may be defective and should be replaced by a technician.
