Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery immediately when the brush stops.

• Remove obstruction: Detach the nozzle and open the brushroll cover. Remove any trapped objects such as socks, cables, or rug fringes.
• Clear hair and fibers: Cut away hair and threads from the brushroll and end caps.
• Check floor type: Avoid using the motorized nozzle on very loose rugs or items that can be sucked into the brush.
• Reassemble and test: After clearing all obstructions, reassemble and test on a safe surface.
• Persistent F5: If the error occurs with no visible obstruction, the anti-tangle sensor or motor control may be faulty, requiring nozzle replacement.
