Vacuum does not stay on the charging dock or makes poor contact, charging is intermittent.

Safety first: Unplug the charging dock before adjusting or cleaning it.

• Inspect contacts: Check the metal contacts on both the dock and vacuum for dust or oxidation. Clean gently with a dry cloth.
• Check alignment: Ensure the dock is mounted level on the wall and that the vacuum sits securely without wobbling.
• Straighten pins carefully: If pins are slightly bent, gently straighten them with non-metallic tools. Do not force them.
• Replace dock if needed: If contacts are damaged or springs have failed, replace the charging dock.
