Vacuum loses suction when using the wand, but handheld suction is strong.

Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery.

• Inspect wand: Detach the wand and look through it against light to check for blockages. Remove any debris.
• Check for cracks: Examine the wand for visible cracks or splits that could cause air leaks.
• Inspect seals: Check rubber rings or seals at each end of the wand. Replace if worn or missing.
• Test with another wand (if available): If suction is restored with a different wand, replace the faulty one.
