Possible Causes

Clogged pre-motor filter, Blocked HEPA/post-motor filter, Dust-packed cyclone assembly, Partially blocked wand or hose

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before cleaning filters.

  • Step 1 – Empty the dust bin: Detach and empty the bin. Tap it gently to remove stuck-on dust.
  • Step 2 – Clean pre-motor filter: Remove the foam or fabric pre-motor filter. Tap it over a trash can. If marked as washable, rinse under cold water until clear. Squeeze out excess water gently and allow to air-dry for at least 24 hours.
  • Step 3 – Clean HEPA/post-motor filter: Remove the HEPA cartridge (usually at the rear of the motor housing). Tap gently to remove dust. If the manual allows washing, rinse lightly and let it dry completely before refitting.
  • Step 4 – Check wand and tools: Look through the extension wand and any flexible hoses for partial blockages. Remove debris with a long, non-sharp object if needed.
  • Step 5 – Reset and test: Reinstall all filters only when fully dry, refit the bin, reinstall the battery, and test suction. E6 should clear once airflow is restored.

Warning: Never operate the vacuum without filters installed; this can damage the motor and void the warranty.
