Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Immediately turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack. Do not attempt to power it on again until fully dry.
- Step 1 – Visual inspection: Check the bin, cyclone, and air path for signs of liquid or wet debris. Empty and wipe with a dry cloth.
- Step 2 – Drying period: Leave the main body (without battery, bin, or filters) in a warm, dry, well-ventilated area for at least 24–48 hours. Do not use direct heat sources like hairdryers or heaters.
- Step 3 – Dry filters and bin: If filters or bin are damp, wash (if allowed) and then air-dry completely before reassembly.
- Step 4 – Reassemble and test: Once everything is fully dry, reinstall filters, bin, and battery. Power on briefly to see if E7 clears.
- Step 5 – Service if persistent: If E7 remains, corrosion or permanent damage may have occurred on the main PCB or motor. Professional inspection and possible replacement of the motor assembly or control board is recommended.
Warning: Never vacuum liquids with a dry cordless vacuum unless it is specifically rated for wet use. Liquid ingress can cause electric shock, fire, or permanent damage.
