Vacuum produces a rattling or clunking noise from the floorhead when pushed back and forth.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery pack before inspecting the floorhead.

• Step 1 – Visual inspection: Turn the floorhead over and check for loose wheels, screws, or broken plastic.
• Step 2 – Remove brushroll: Take out the brushroll and inspect end caps and bearings. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Step 3 – Shake test: Gently shake the floorhead and listen for internal rattling. If present, open the housing and remove any foreign objects.
• Step 4 – Replace floorhead: If the housing is cracked or internal mounts are broken, replace the entire floorhead assembly.

Warning: Do not operate the vacuum with broken wheels or housing; it can damage floors and internal wiring.
