Airflow Loss / Suction Leak
Cordless vacuum has very weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.

Possible Causes
Dust bin not sealed correctly to main body, Torn or missing bin gasket, Cracked wand or hose, Cyclone assembly not seated properly
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before inspecting seals and gaskets.
- Check dust bin seating: Remove and reinstall the dust container, ensuring it clicks firmly into place. Inspect the rim for cracks.
- Inspect gaskets: Look for rubber seals around the dust bin and cyclone assembly. If they are torn, flattened, or missing, they must be replaced.
- Examine wand and joints: Check the extension wand and any flexible hoses for cracks or loose joints. Air leaks here will greatly reduce suction.
- Verify cyclone assembly: Ensure the internal cyclone is fully inserted and locked. A misaligned cyclone can bypass airflow.
When to call a technician: If you find damaged seals or a cracked main body, order replacement gaskets or have the housing replaced by an ETA service center.
