Possible Causes
Clogged filters restricting airflow, Blocked air inlet or exhaust vents, Using MAX mode continuously on thick carpets, Failing motor generating excess heat
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery. Allow the unit to cool for at least 20–30 minutes.
- Clean all filters: Remove and clean the pre-motor and post-motor filters as per the manual. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Clear air passages: Detach the dust bin, cyclone, wand, and nozzle. Inspect and clear any blockages.
- Reduce load: Avoid using MAX/TURBO mode continuously. Use standard or ECO mode for regular cleaning and reserve MAX for short bursts.
- Check ambient conditions: Do not operate the vacuum in very hot environments or in direct sunlight for extended periods.
When to call a technician: If the vacuum continues to overheat and shut down quickly even with clean filters and normal use, the motor or thermal sensor may be defective and should be checked by a professional.
