Possible Causes
Aged lithium-ion cells, Frequent deep discharges, High-temperature storage, Manufacturing defect in battery pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only genuine Eufy batteries and chargers.
- Fully charge: Place the vacuum on the charger for at least 3–4 hours until the battery indicator shows full.
- Test runtime: Run the vacuum continuously on low power until it stops. Note the runtime.
- Compare to spec: Check your user manual for expected runtime. If actual runtime is less than half of specified, the battery is likely worn out.
- Inspect for swelling or heat: Remove the battery and check for bulging or excessive heat during use or charging. If present, stop using it immediately.
- Replace battery pack: Purchase the correct Eufy replacement battery for your model. Dispose of the old battery at an approved recycling center.
