Battery charges but runtime is very short (only a few minutes) even on low power.

Safety first: Use only genuine Eufy batteries and chargers.

• Fully charge: Place the vacuum on the charger for at least 3–4 hours until the battery indicator shows full.
• Test runtime: Run the vacuum continuously on low power until it stops. Note the runtime.
• Compare to spec: Check your user manual for expected runtime. If actual runtime is less than half of specified, the battery is likely worn out.
• Inspect for swelling or heat: Remove the battery and check for bulging or excessive heat during use or charging. If present, stop using it immediately.
• Replace battery pack: Purchase the correct Eufy replacement battery for your model. Dispose of the old battery at an approved recycling center.
