Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before working on any powered accessory.

• Identify the accessory: Note which attachment triggers E10 (e.g., mini motorized pet brush, soft roller head).
• Check for jams: Remove the accessory and inspect the brush or roller for hair, threads, or debris. Clear all obstructions and ensure the roller spins freely by hand.
• Inspect electrical pins: Look at the connector pins on both the accessory and the vacuum/wand. Clean gently and ensure none are bent.
• Test without accessory: Run the vacuum with a non-powered tool. If it works normally, the fault is isolated to the accessory.
• Replace accessory: If E10 appears immediately whenever the specific powered tool is attached, replace that accessory with a genuine Eufy replacement.
