Possible Causes
Pre-motor filter clogged with fine dust, HEPA filter saturated, Filter missing or not seated, Using non-genuine or incorrect filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before removing filters.
- Remove all filters: Take out the pre-motor filter (foam/fabric) and the HEPA/post-motor filter according to the manual.
- Clean or wash filters: Tap filters gently to remove loose dust. If your Eufy model allows, rinse filters under lukewarm water until clear. Do not use detergents unless specified. Squeeze out excess water and let them air-dry completely for at least 24 hours.
- Inspect for damage: If filters are torn, deformed, or permanently discolored, replace them with genuine Eufy filter sets.
- Reinstall correctly: Ensure each filter is oriented and seated exactly as shown in the manual. Misaligned filters can trigger error detection.
- Reset filter indicator (if applicable): Some models require holding a button to reset the filter reminder. Follow your user manual.
- Test suction: After full drying and reassembly, test the vacuum. If E11 persists with clean, correctly installed filters, the airflow sensor or PCB may be faulty.
