Possible Causes
Broken wire inside wand, Loose connector at wand ends, Damaged swivel neck contacts, Intermittent connection to floor head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Check wand connections: Detach and reattach the wand at both ends (handle and floor head). Ensure each connection clicks firmly.
- Flex test: With the vacuum ON (battery installed), gently move the wand while listening for power loss or error E14. If moving the wand triggers the error, the internal wiring is likely damaged.
- Inspect visible damage: Look for dents, bends, or cracks in the wand tube, especially near the ends where wires flex.
- Replace wand assembly: The wiring inside the wand is not easily repairable. Replace the complete Eufy wand/extension tube assembly.
