Airflow Restriction / Cyclone Blockage
Vacuum shows E6; suction is very weak or pulsing; motor sounds like it is surging up and down.

Possible Causes
Cyclone separator clogged with fine dust, Dust bin seals leaking, Blocked wand or hose, Blocked inlet at floor head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery before disassembling any parts.
- Remove and empty dust bin: Detach the dust cup and fully empty it. Tap the sides to loosen compacted dust.
- Clean cyclone assembly thoroughly: Remove the cyclone unit. Use a soft brush or compressed air (lightly) to clear dust from the cyclone cones and mesh screens. Do not soak non-washable cyclone parts.
- Inspect wand and hose: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light source. Use a broom handle or flexible rod to gently push out any blockages. Check any flexible hose sections for clogs.
- Check floor head inlet: Look into the suction opening of the motorized head. Remove any large debris, hair clumps, or fabric pieces.
- Check seals and gaskets: Inspect the rubber seals around the dust bin and cyclone. Ensure they are seated correctly and not torn. Reseat the bin firmly until it clicks.
- Reassemble and test: Reinstall all parts and test on low power first. If E6 persists with clear airflow, the pressure sensor or control PCB may be faulty and require service.
