How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: If the unit becomes uncomfortably hot, turn it OFF and remove the battery immediately.
- Allow cooling: Let the vacuum and battery cool completely before reuse.
- Check vents: Ensure all cooling vents on the main body are free of dust and lint. Clean with a dry brush.
- Use lower power mode: Avoid extended use on MAX unless necessary.
- Inspect battery: If the battery itself is very hot or swollen, stop using it and replace it with a genuine Eufy battery.
- Service if persistent: If overheating continues with a new battery and clean vents, internal electronics may be faulty and require technician service.
