Vacuum leaves a trail of fine dust behind it on hard floors.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Use correct head: If your Eufy includes a soft roller head for hard floors, use it instead of the carpet brush.
• Inspect squeegee strip: On the hard floor head, check the front rubber strip. If it is worn, curled, or missing, replace the head.
• Clean soft roller: Remove the soft roller and wash or clean it per the manual. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
• Check for gaps: Ensure the head sits flat on the floor and is fully attached to the wand.
