Possible Causes
Dirty filters with organic debris, Dust bin not cleaned regularly, Pet hair buildup, Moisture in bin or filters
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery. Do not use harsh chemicals inside the air path.
- Empty and wash bin: Remove the dust bin and wash it with mild soap and warm water if your model allows. Dry completely.
- Clean or replace filters: Wash washable filters and allow them to dry for 24 hours. Replace non-washable filters if they smell bad.
- Clean attachments: Wipe down the wand and floor head exterior with a slightly damp cloth. Do not soak the motorized head.
- Avoid vacuuming wet material: Only vacuum dry debris to prevent mold growth.
