General Airflow Loss / Partial Blockage
Vacuum runs but has very weak suction even with a fully charged battery.

Possible Causes
Partially clogged cyclone, Blocked wand or hose, Leaking dust bin seal, Clogged pre-motor filter
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Check for blockages: Detach all accessories, wand, and floor head. Look through each piece toward a light source and clear any obstructions.
- Inspect cyclone and bin: Remove the cyclone assembly and clean out compacted dust. Ensure the bin lid closes tightly.
- Clean filters: Remove and clean or wash the pre-motor and HEPA filters as specified in your Eufy manual. Allow them to dry completely before reinstalling.
- Check seals: Inspect rubber gaskets around the bin and cyclone. Reseat or replace if damaged.
- Test suction at main inlet: With no attachments, test suction directly at the main body inlet. If strong there but weak at the floor head, the issue is in the wand or head.
