Vacuum spits debris or dust out the back or sides of the floor head.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Empty dust bin: Ensure the bin is emptied before it reaches the MAX fill line.
• Clean cyclone: Remove compacted dust from the cyclone assembly to restore proper separation.
• Inspect floor head seals: Check the rubber strip and side seals on the bottom of the head. Replace the head if seals are torn or missing.
• Adjust cleaning technique: For large debris, use a lower power setting and slower passes to prevent scattering.
