Eufy
Brush Roll Drive Failure
Vacuum turns on but the motorized floor head brush does not spin.

Possible Causes
Brush roll jammed with debris, Failed brush motor, Broken drive belt (if belt-driven), Damaged wiring to floor head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
- Check for jams: Remove the floor head and open the brush cover. Clear all hair, threads, and debris from the brush roll and end caps.
- Spin brush by hand: Ensure the brush roll rotates freely. If it binds, replace the brush roll assembly.
- Inspect for belt (if applicable): Some Eufy heads use a belt between motor and brush. If the belt is broken or stretched, replace the belt or entire head.
- Check electrical contacts: Clean the metal contacts between the wand and head. Ensure they are not bent.
- Test with another powered tool: If another motorized attachment works, the main unit is fine and the floor head needs replacement.
