Vacuum vibrates strongly in the hand or at the floor head during use.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Remove brush roll: Open the floor head and take out the brush roll.
• Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush and end caps. Ensure both ends are clean and free-spinning.
• Inspect for warping: Roll the brush on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
• Check head interior: Remove any debris stuck in the brush chamber or near the motor.
• Reassemble and test: If vibration persists with a clean, straight brush, replace the entire floor head assembly.
