How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt to open the battery or main body unless you are qualified.
- Check battery seating: Remove and firmly reinstall the battery until it clicks.
- Charge the battery: Place the vacuum on the charger or dock for at least 3–4 hours. Ensure the outlet works and the charger LED (if present) lights.
- Observe indicators: If there are no lights on the vacuum or charger, try another outlet or a known-good Eufy charger.
- Test with another battery: If possible, try a different compatible battery. If the vacuum powers on, replace the original battery.
- Service main PCB: If a known-good battery does not power the unit and the charger is functional, the power button, internal fuse, or main PCB may have failed and require professional repair.
