Vacuum’s dust bin door will not close or pops open during use.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Empty bin: Ensure the bin is completely empty and no large debris is trapped near the door.
• Clean latch area: Remove dust and debris from the latch and hinge using a dry brush.
• Inspect latch hook: Check for cracks or missing plastic on the latch and catch. If broken, the bin must be replaced.
• Close firmly: Close the door until you hear a positive click. Do not force if misaligned.
• Replace bin: If the door will not stay closed, replace the dust bin assembly.
