Vacuum’s HEPA filter cover will not stay in place or keeps popping off.

Safety first: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

• Remove filter: Take out the HEPA filter and ensure it is the correct type and properly seated.
• Inspect cover clips: Check the plastic clips on the cover and mating points on the body for damage.
• Clean mating surfaces: Remove dust from the cover edges and housing.
• Reinstall carefully: Align the cover and press until it clicks into place.
• Replace cover or filter: If clips are broken or the cover is warped, replace the HEPA filter cover. If the filter is too thick or incorrect, install the proper Eufy filter.
