Vacuum body becomes unusually hot to the touch during normal use

Safety first: Switch OFF the vacuum, remove the battery, and allow it to cool before touching hot areas.

• 1. Clear vents: Inspect all cooling vents and grills. Remove dust buildup with a brush and compressed air.
• 2. Service filters: Replace the filter bag and clean or replace the main filter to reduce motor load.
• 3. Check environment: Avoid using the vacuum in confined, unventilated spaces or direct sunlight for extended periods.
• 4. Listen for bearing noise: If overheating is accompanied by unusual motor noise, the bearings may be failing and the motor should be replaced.
