Abnormal Battery Heating
Battery becomes extremely hot to the touch during normal use or charging.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Immediately stop using or charging the battery. Remove it from the vacuum or charger and place it on a non-flammable surface away from flammable materials.
Allow the battery to cool completely. Do not puncture, crush, or attempt to open the battery pack.
Do not reuse a battery that has overheated abnormally. Contact Gorenje service for evaluation and replace the battery pack with a genuine part.
