How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the charger before inspection.
Check power:
- Test the wall outlet with another device.
- Inspect the adapter and cable for visible damage.
Test dock:
- Ensure the adapter plug is fully inserted into the dock.
- If available, try another compatible Gorenje adapter.
If the dock LED remains off with a known-good adapter and outlet, the dock electronics are likely faulty and the charging dock should be replaced.
