Possible Causes

Faulty charging dock or wall adapter, Dirty or bent charging contacts on dock, Battery pack communication failure, Damaged charging cable

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the charger from the wall before inspecting.

Check power source:

  • Verify the wall outlet has power by testing with another device.
  • Ensure the Gorenje charger is the original model supplied with the vacuum.

Inspect charging dock and contacts:

  • Examine the metal contacts on the dock and on the battery or handle. Clean gently with a dry cloth. Do not use water or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure contacts are not bent or recessed. If they are misaligned, carefully straighten them with non-metallic tools.

Check cable and adapter:

  • Inspect the power cable for cuts, kinks, or exposed wires. Replace the adapter if damaged.
  • Plug the adapter firmly into the dock and wall outlet.

Place the vacuum or battery on the dock correctly and watch the LED indicators. If E4 or error blinking persists, the battery pack or internal charging PCB may be defective and should be checked by an authorized Gorenje service center.
