How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

Clean the handle area:

  • Wipe the handle and control panel with a slightly damp cloth (water only), then dry thoroughly.
  • Ensure no cleaning liquids have seeped into the buttons.

Reset:

  • Leave the battery removed for 5–10 minutes to allow the electronics to fully power down.
  • Reinstall the battery and test the mode button again.

If E7 persists and buttons still do not respond correctly, the handle PCB or ribbon cable is likely faulty. Replacement of the handle assembly or interface PCB should be done by a service technician.
