Possible Causes
Mini turbo brush jammed with hair, Shorted accessory motor, Damaged accessory connector pins, Wiring fault in accessory
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the accessory from the wand or main body.
Clear the mini turbo brush:
- Open the brush cover on the Gorenje mini turbo tool (if removable).
- Remove hair and fibers from the brush and end bearings.
- Spin the brush by hand to ensure it rotates freely.
Inspect connector:
- Check the electrical connector pins on the accessory and wand for bent or burnt contacts.
Reconnect the cleaned accessory and test. If E9 recurs only with this tool attached, the accessory motor is likely faulty and the entire mini turbo brush should be replaced.
