Possible Causes

Battery deeply discharged from storage, Faulty cell group inside pack, Charger not fully charging pack, High internal resistance of aged battery

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Inspect the battery for swelling, cracks, or leakage. If any are present, do not use the battery and contact service immediately.

Recovery attempt:

  • Place the battery on the original Gorenje charger and leave it for several hours, even if LEDs do not behave normally at first.
  • After charging, remove and reinsert the battery into the vacuum and test.

If F1 persists and the vacuum will not run, the battery pack is likely below safe operating voltage or damaged. Replace the battery pack with a genuine Gorenje replacement.
