How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
Inspect brush roller:
- Remove the brush roller and clean it thoroughly.
- Check for cracks, missing bristles, or warping.
- Inspect end bearings for wear or play.
Reinstall the brush securely. If vibration remains, replace the brush roller assembly to prevent damage to the nozzle and floor.
