How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the vacuum from the dock and unplug the charger.
Check installation:
- Verify that the wall-mounted dock is level and securely fixed according to the Gorenje installation instructions.
- Clean the docking guides and contact area.
If the vacuum still does not sit properly, inspect the dock and vacuum base for damage. Replace the dock if warped or broken.
