Possible Causes

Clogged pre-motor filter, Blocked cyclone assembly, Air leak at dust container seal, Cracked extension tube

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

Restore airflow:

  • Empty the dust container and clean the cyclone thoroughly.
  • Remove and clean or replace the pre-motor filter and HEPA filter as per the Gorenje manual.
  • Inspect the rubber seal between the dust container and main body; ensure it is seated correctly and not torn.
  • Check the extension tube and joints for cracks or loose connections that could cause air leaks.

Reassemble carefully, ensuring all latches click into place, then test suction again.
