Vacuum leaves visible debris on carpets even after multiple passes; brush is spinning and suction seems normal at the handle.

Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.

Check nozzle and brush:

• Inspect the brush bristles; if they are worn down or uneven, replace the brush roller.
• Check the front intake opening of the nozzle for blockages.
• Ensure you are using the correct Gorenje motorized carpet nozzle for carpets, not a hard floor or parquet tool.

Test again on carpet. If performance is still poor, consider replacing the entire floor nozzle assembly.
