Possible Causes
Worn brush bristles, Incorrect height or angle of nozzle, Blocked nozzle intake, Using hard floor nozzle on carpet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
Check nozzle and brush:
- Inspect the brush bristles; if they are worn down or uneven, replace the brush roller.
- Check the front intake opening of the nozzle for blockages.
- Ensure you are using the correct Gorenje motorized carpet nozzle for carpets, not a hard floor or parquet tool.
Test again on carpet. If performance is still poor, consider replacing the entire floor nozzle assembly.
