How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Remove the battery and inspect for swelling or damage. Do not use a damaged battery.
Usage check:
- Fully charge the battery on the original Gorenje charger until the indicator shows 100%.
- Run the vacuum continuously on standard mode and time the runtime.
If runtime is significantly below the specification in the user manual, the battery has lost capacity. Replace it with a genuine Gorenje battery pack.
