How to Fix / Troubleshooting

- Spin bearings: Rotate the brush ends by hand. Replace the brush roll if bearings are seized.
- Check wiring: Inspect the cable from the wand to the head for cuts or kinks.
- If still not spinning: The brush motor or internal PCB is likely faulty; replace the motorized head assembly.
